This was our second stay at this family house, and we were welcomed with the same attentions and kindness as if we were visiting close relatives; the apartments were extremely well equipped, spotless with many details that made the whole stay special (toys and books provided, laundry facilities, blackout blinds, air‑conditioning); the location is excellent for exploring Paris, yet the apartments remain totally quiet even for sensitive people, and what can I say about the luxury of plunging into a jacuzzi after a day of walking or opening the door to find croissants each morning? The reception and communication were flawless, and we’ll return gladly and recommend this little paradise without hesitation. (Personal note: as a family with allergies, we need truly clean, non‑smoking places to avoid catastrophes, and if that’s your situation you can be confident with the Lavaud house). Absolutely nothing to mention.

Claire the host was magnificent, the premises were great, a bit out of town but still excellent; no issues.

The welcome was very warm, and Augusta was very helpful in showing us the apartment, the surroundings, and how to navigate Paris, but there were too many stairs, which made it hard with luggage; breakfast was just bread, yoghurt, and juice sometimes, whereas we expected a warm breakfast with eggs, so that should be clarified on the booking site.

The setup was good, plenty of bathrooms, a cinema experience, a bubble bath; the breakfast was good; everything was really well arranged, communication was good, and I would definitely go again.
