As an interior architect working on high-end residences, I absolutely loved this hotel. The design and attention to detail were 100/10 for me. Everything was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I even received a complimentary room upgrade. Perfect location as well. Highly recommend!. Was perfect

The staff and food were undoubtedly the highlight of our stay; the service felt like white‑glove, 5‑Star treatment. We were so amazed that we jotted down the names of everyone who went above and beyond, including Adrian, Alberto, and the overnight concierge whose name we forgot. He was fantastic and helped with a room issue around 11 pm on August 11. Adrian heard we couldn’t get a table at a top city restaurant and we suddenly received a booking confirmation email from the restaurant moments later. Alberto also ensured our table wasn’t taken when we were a little late because of a rainstorm. We travel a lot for work and were truly blown away by this team. Jorge from breakfast was wonderful and the room attendant was kind and went to great lengths to help us. The breakfasts were unreal, especially the mole tamale, and they even brought us delicious macarons before bed.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the bed was comfortable and the room was nice, but the price was a bit high for the location, though I would still recommend it.

I loved the friendly and kind staff, the food was outstanding 😋, and it was a great stay for a solo traveler. The noise from the bar across the road and nightlife was a downside, but the earplugs the hotel provided helped.
