We received a very warm welcome, the room was clean and pleasant, and the pool area was excellent; the rooftop was also great. However, there were no water fountains on the floors and the parking fee was high.

The breakfast was average, offering a modest selection of fruit, and the toilet kept running throughout the stay.

The location boasts a nice view of the marina, yet the staff were rude and the level of service was lacking.

The location is amazing, which is why I chose it, but the service for the price feels rather mediocre. The worst part is the mandatory, undeclared resort fee—what? I didn’t go to Vegas. A $140 “value” for $20 a day. Stop trying to fool your customers. The staff don’t even know how this works, and vouchers are worthless. There’s no breakfast in the restaurant; only packaged items and mediocre coffee. Do yourself a favour and go to Cafe Cache, a 5‑minute walk away instead. There’s a very noisy ventilation system on the east side of the building; if you’re sensitive, avoid it.
