Everything was perfect—atmosphere, people, food, room, pool, and the whole vibe. The hotel sits in a very convenient spot near everything. Stella and the team went above and beyond to make the stay flawless.

The most beautiful and modern hotel we’ve ever stayed at! The rooms were incredibly stylish, and the pool area was absolutely stunning, especially with all the beautiful plants. Housekeeping came twice a day on weekdays, which was lovely. The hotel is overall very clean. The staff were wonderful, especially the pool team and Stella, who were so kind and helpful. Although the gym was not yet operational, the hotel arranged free taxi rides to a nearby gym and provided complimentary training sessions, which was a great alternative. The Wi‑Fi also worked throughout the entire hotel, which was a big plus! This hotel has the potential to become truly exceptional, but breakfast was the main reason we couldn’t give this otherwise beautiful hotel a 10/10. Unfortunately, breakfast was a major disappointment. All drinks, including juice, coffee and tea, had to be ordered. This would have been a nice service if it had actually worked well. On one occasion, we waited up to 20 minutes for a single glass of juice. Drinks often arrived when we had almost finished eating, and the quality of the coffee varied from day to day. The eggs, baked beans and other hot food were often cold and, for us, inedible. The overall food selection was also a little limited, with not enough variety to choose from. This was especially disappointing for my vegan partner, as there were very few suitable vegan options available. Additionally, the food and beverage prices were excessive. For example, a club sandwich cost €25… We would happily consider returning if the breakfast experience received a major upgrade regarding food variety, vegan options and service. We have also heard that the loud noise around the pool is expected to disappear soon. The noise did not bother us too much though. One small suggestion: adding activities such as table tennis, foosball or themed evenings and live music could make the guest experience even better! Just a friendly tip, as you are still a newly opened hotel and may already have plans for this. 😊

The swimming pool was lovely and the breakfast food options were good, but the stay was disappointing. The staff were not attentive, especially the breakfast team, who were terrible at remembering orders and providing proper service. The gym was also very disappointing, with just one exercise bike and no other equipment. There are also serious health and safety concerns around the pool area. The seamless platform design appears dangerous and creates a risk of slipping or falling off, which needs to be addressed urgently. I saw one person fall off. I understand the hotel is new, but it simply isn’t fully ready to welcome guests to the standard expected. Definitely not a 5‑star experience, and significant improvements are needed in service, facilities and safety before it deserves that rating.

The hotel is clean and the staff are courteous. The location is excellent. Breakfast is amazing, but there isn’t much to do inside the hotel itself.

The hotel is brand new, and everything is beautiful and spotless. The rooms are really spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are always smiling and friendly. The rooftop isn’t open yet, but we managed to sneak a peek, and it looks amazing! Once it opens, it will be a beautiful spot to enjoy the sunset. The biggest downside, and something worth knowing before booking, is the constant noise from a generator at the hotel next door. It runs 24/7, and you can hear the humming pretty much everywhere, both inside and outside the hotel. Even though our room was at the far end of the hotel, away from the generator, we could still hear it with the windows completely closed. The generator is right by the pool area, and it seems the hotel tries to cover up the noise by playing very loud music. Unfortunately, the music is so loud that it’s hard to even have a conversation by the pool. It really takes away from the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere you’d expect from an adults only hotel. We were also disappointed that our room requests seemed to be ignored. I asked several times, both before arrival and at check in, for a room on a high floor, but we ended up on the first floor. It’s a shame because the hotel itself is beautiful, but the constant noise really impacts the overall experience
