Everything was spotless, and Flavia was always quick to respond to my WhatsApp requests, very attentive. The view was lovely. However, the shower in the blue chalet I stayed in didn’t heat up enough, and the cabinet under the sink needs fixing. I also felt it was far from the city center, because the booking information was wrong.

It’s a calm and quiet spot to relax, but the Wi‑Fi needs improvement. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who needs to work from the room.

The location, the service, and Flavia Sandoval’s beautiful ceramic studio are all great. I wish there were a clearer sign on the highway before the chalet entrance to make getting there easier.
