The staff were friendlier in the evenings and the rooms were cleaner, but the staff were also very rude and the room itself was dirty.

The night auditor was extremely friendly, found a room that suited me, and explained everything clearly, which mattered because I have a hearing impairment. The downside was that there was no phone in the room, so I couldn’t get a wake‑up call.
