It’s a good property with tasty food and friendly staff, and overall a pleasant stay that makes us want to return, but it’s almost 10 km from Jabalpur station, so getting around the city is hard; we couldn’t find Ola cabs, and any available taxi driver demanded extra money because the hotel is on the outskirts. We had to rely on a local auto driver, who was decent, but that dependence feels like a monopoly. The hotel should offer its own vehicles for guests to hire, ensuring hassle‑free travel around the city.
The open areas and proximity to Ma Narmada were positives, but overall cleanliness and maintenance were lacking, and there were fewer staff than expected.
