The location is convenient, the hotel is tidy, and the staff are helpful. The food is decent, and the bed/room is comfortable. This was my third stay at a Perch property in Gurgaon; compared to the one on the same street, this one feels slightly less upscale. The room I stayed in had a non‑functional overhead shower, the lights by the bed flickered, and the most annoying issue was the persistent food odor that began in the morning—ventilation clearly needs improvement, as the whole floor, including my room, carried that smell. Aside from that, it was good.
