Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The location is close to the heart of Playa Del Carmen, the double beds are on the beach and the pool, the room view is of the pool, and the bar/restaurant is inside the hotel. The friendliness and kindness of the hotel staff and the cleaning of the rooms were lacking.

The hotel is very pretty, the rooms are in perfect condition and clean, and the location is unbeatable. They had a screen in the pool area where a staff member was watching his matches every day I stayed; we asked several times for something else and he decided he couldn’t remove the match until it finished, which was very annoying and people who only came to the pool would rather leave.

The place was quiet and the beach was close, so I could relax, plus it was near the ADO. The rooms and bathrooms felt a bit small, the pool looked somewhat dirty—probably because it was the off‑season and very empty.

The location was central and the staff were friendly. The room was shabby, cramped, and poorly insulated.

The room was a decent size and the location was close to the centre, and the bed was comfortable. The pool was dirty, the food was not great, and the room lacked furniture.
