The location was decent, but everything else fell apart. The owners were overseas and couldn't be reached, leaving no backup contact. The room was dusty and unclean, and the water supply was broken—no shower or washing. I tried to use the pool in the morning, but it was green. When I texted the owners the next day, they promised someone would show us how to fix the bore, but nobody came. I had to leave and find another place for the rest of my stay. No response, no apology—very unprofessional.

The place is about 6 km from Kuranda, which is fine for exploring. However, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.
