We loved everything, from the warm welcome to the very traditional rooms. Everything was what we expected from a Ryokan but with a luxury feel. The baths were amazing, both private and public onsens. The staff was also very attentive to details. We highly recommend and would love to come back one day!

The open‑air bath attached to our room was wonderful, and every staff member, especially the person in charge, treated us kindly making the stay pleasant; the only downside was that, for us older guests, the portions of food were a bit too large.
