“Uma decepção com a rede Ibis!”
The hotel’s location in Lavras is good, but the service and value for money are lacking. At check‑in, they charged me more than what was listed in the booking, and only corrected the mistake after I showed the confirmation page (I’ve been a Booking customer for 10 years and this never happened before). The room we were given had a huge water puddle, so we had to move to another room. Even though the hotel claims to offer vegan options for breakfast, the plant milk was rancid and the baked vegan cheese bread had been stale for days, which eroded trust in the brand!
