Pros: Amazing staff Amazing location Very clean, organized and professional Staff helpfull with special requests Very good location in the centre of Heinsberg Price reflects quality Cons Very poor wifi (poor connection, speed is fine) Parking is done through an app and could not be included with the bill making submitting claims more tedious. Also parking is off site (about a 3 minute walk). All in all 8/10 would definitely recommend to friends/family. Wifi Parking instructions / location (app must be reset every 24 hours) Dry rack in bathroom would not turn on, requiring more towels more often

“Good for a short stay”

The place was very clean and right in the middle of town. We were staying there for the second time but didn’t like room 7 this time; it was on the second floor and much smaller than before. When we entered at 22:30 after a hot day, the room was quite warm.

“Die Beschreibung der Zimmer ist mangelhaft und irreführend.”

I booked specifically because the listing mentioned a balcony, which was also in the confirmation email, yet the first room I got had none. When I called, the rude host claimed I hadn’t booked a balcony room, then later gave me one. After the confirmation email he replied that the description is a general overview of our rooms and that “some double rooms” may have balconies, calling the room description vague and misleading.

The hotel is very nice! The room was clean, cozy and comfortable, and it had everything you need for a stay. It was a very pleasant stay here. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is great. We liked everything very much and we would gladly stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel!
