All of the facilities and the staff were top‑class. Everything was perfect.
I asked for help storing breast milk in the freezer, but when I returned it was all thawed and spoiled; they wouldn’t help me keep it in a better place.
“Cómodo con servicio amable”
The beds were very comfortable and the service friendly. With the heat it would be nice to have a minibar in the rooms or vending machines nearby.

The hotel had no pool, and when I emailed asking for a room with a pool view I never received a reply; I would have cancelled the reservation and stayed elsewhere. My room lacked a coffee maker and a hair dryer, and the paper roll was on the sink because the holder was broken. The carpet was dirty, the TV had no remote, and the window blind was stuck. I asked the receptionist to cancel my reservation, but she said she couldn’t do anything.
The staff were friendly, the location convenient, and the breakfast good. The hotel isn’t new but it’s well maintained, and the rooms are excellently soundproofed. The only thing that could be improved is offering smaller pillow options.
