“Overpriced but a neatly maintained hotel”
I appreciated the staff’s hospitality, quick problem solving, and friendliness, and the rooms were neat. The location was a compromise and the price for the room felt a bit over the top.

The rooms needed more cleaning. The door lock wasn’t working.

The only good part was that the staff finally managed to set us up with rooms at night after a long back‑and‑forth, even though they added an extra 1k, which saved us from scrambling for a place with young kids. I had booked 2 Economy Double Rooms for 4 adults and was traveling with my family, including a 1‑year‑old and a 3‑year‑old child. Arriving around 9:30 PM, the receptionist told me the rooms I’d booked were “not available” and even claimed those categories didn’t exist at the hotel. The hotel had accepted my reservation but didn’t warn me beforehand. The staff later gave conflicting explanations: first they said the room types didn’t exist and that they’d already told me to remove them; later it turned out the rooms had been given to offline guests despite my confirmed online booking. The owner/manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of owning up, he suggested I either take the rooms offered or cancel and find another hotel at nearly 10 PM. Asking a family with young children to find accommodation late at night during a busy NEET exam period was completely unreasonable and irresponsible. He also kept asking why there were 6 adults for 2 rooms. I explained the original booking was for 4 adults and two relatives joined unexpectedly for extra beds, which had nothing to do with the hotel’s failure to provide the rooms I’d booked and confirmed. Rooms were only arranged when some guests vacated them, and I was charged an additional ₹1,000. Had those rooms not become available, I would have had to search for a place elsewhere that night. Besides the booking mess, the rooms given were not properly cleaned, as they rushed the cleaning after the previous guests left.

The location and the hotel itself are good, but there’s no restaurant on site. No restaurant.

There were no pros. The room ambience was terrible, the doors didn’t lock, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
