They refused to let us check in, even though the booking number was provided. The listing claims a 4‑star rating, but in reality it feels less than a 1‑star experience.

The Lagoon truly feels like an oasis in the desert—spotlessly clean and tidy. The staff were absolutely lovely and ready to fulfill every request. There’s a large swimming pool and on‑site food service. The experience was so great that we returned on our next trip.
