My Uber driver warned me that this neighborhood isn’t good to stay in. When we arrived, there were no rooms even though I had a reservation. The owner took about ten minutes to come to the lobby, which was full of mosquitoes, even though I arrived exactly as I’d said. He then pushed me into a room that looked like he was staying in, even though he seemed ready to clean it for us. We ended up finding another hotel.

The manager was super helpful and there were plenty of clean towels, but there was no lift to the upper floors.

I was really happy with my stay; Fred was extremely helpful and made everything comfortable, even showing me where to get meals when I chose to walk instead of room service. Fred also offered to watch my suitcase after checkout because I had last‑minute errands, which was a nice touch. Nothing was wrong—everything was good.

Nothing, I didn’t even use the accommodation. Scammers, stay away. I was cheated. Money wasn’t refunded. Stay away.
