The staff were friendly, but the shower was disappointing with a weak flow and the heater didn’t work on the first day; it took them until the next day to fix it and finally give me an update. I also didn’t appreciate that I couldn’t choose when my room would be cleaned while I had my small dog with me – they only entered when I was present, which is fine, yet their cleaning schedule started at 12 pm, exactly when I was at the water park and returned late, so there was no housekeeping service left; I had to tidy the room myself on day one, they cleaned before we went to the park on day two, and on day three no one showed up, which was frustrating since I travel with my dog regularly and this was the first time it happened.

The price was fair, and the service was simple but adequate to what was advertised. The staff were helpful, attentive, and kind.
