The building is new and the facilities are comfortable. The reception is bad. Parking is outside the building. The street where it is located is very difficult to access.

The comfort of a place that combines modernity, location, necessary services, and cleanliness. Water leaks from the shower area into the hallways; the bathroom must be brief.
