I stayed in a very clean, spacious dorm with a comfortable bed, and the staff was helpful. The hostel runs various tours with clear schedules, can assist with bus tickets, and lets you exchange Lao kip for USD. There’s a restaurant serving good food and vegetarian options at a reasonable price, plus free homemade bean ice cream.

This hostel is excellent with great facilities, clean rooms, and free water, tea, banana, and ice cream. They can arrange tours, transport, and even motorbike rentals. Reception staff Luang is amazing and will sort out everything you need. The only improvement would be safer lockers—current ones can be forced open from the outside, so a more secure model would be better.

Everything was fantastic! The manager is truly incredible, welcoming and super helpful. The beds are comfortable, towels and free drinking water are provided, and it’s a great place to meet new people. The only downside might be the two tours offered, which are less appealing during the rainy season, but since there are no taxis, they’re the easiest way to get around during the day if you don’t rent a scooter.
