Breakfast, bathroom and private room were very clean. Surrounding area to be cleaned, more lighting needed, sign of the name Vincent Road Lodge to be clearly marked, my room was not dusted – the surfaces, TV wasn’t working

The location is central, but the service was terrible and there is no backup power.

The service was excellent, and there were no complaints.

The hotel accommodated my entire family, yet there was miscommunication, a double booking, no swimming pool, and the buffet left me unimpressed.
