We got an upgrade, which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated. I was unhappy with housekeeping staff 1: we returned to our room to find the door open after turn‑down service 2, and we also had housekeeping enter our room while we were inside without knocking or buzzing. The on‑duty manager handled the situation very promptly and efficiently.

The staff are wonderful and a great help, and the location is great. The rooms need some refurbishment, with squeaky doors and cabinets, and it was difficult for a car to enter because of embassy security.
