The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, the location was ideal for our needs, and I received an upgrade to a ground‑floor room because I couldn’t negotiate stairs; the manager was very considerate about this.

Everything was good: a great room, good food, friendly and helpful staff, and my wife was warmly welcomed when she joined me; the only downside was having to leave.

The room was nice, spacious, and clean, the staff were brilliant, and breakfast was lovely, while the staff were also very friendly and the rooms stayed clean throughout.
