The reception staff were pretty terrible - they didn't seem to care about the order people arrived in, and it took ages to get checked in. The rooms supposedly didn't allow smoking, but they reeked of cigarette smoke everywhere. The bathroom was a mess too, with water leaking all over the place from the shower.
