The place is tucked into the Tuscan hills, simple but lets you taste the local rhythm. The owners are wonderful, very kind and always helpful. Our second‑floor apartment was beautiful, well furnished, tidy, equipped with high‑quality cookware, very clean, and offered a lovely view of the sea and the islands opposite the Etruscan coast, especially Capraia and Elba. Highly recommended.

A peaceful oasis just minutes from the sea – if you want tranquility this is the spot. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the garden is perfect for relaxing, and the hosts are hospitable and caring. Waking up without noise and heading to the beach in 10 minutes… what more could you ask for?

The place was quiet, peaceful, surrounded by nature, clean, with a nice garden and close to the sea. The host didn’t provide small conveniences like salt or soap, but he did give a delicious olive oil that was great.

The location of the property is terrible!!! It’s in a dark area, on a 2 km rough dirt road! The sheets are old, the furniture is ancient, the bathroom smells bad, and there are no basic services. Absolutely NO.
