The new building is very beautiful, well maintained, and the garden is tidy. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff were not very helpful, very rigid, and didn’t understand the checkout times or breakfast arrangements.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the new building is stylishly furnished. The only drawback was that, given the late summer season, I would have liked better pool services and a bit more cleaning around the pool area. Otherwise everything was perfect!

The staff were very courteous and let me keep the room past checkout time. The breakfast could be improved, especially the bread selection, even for toasting, and the range of jams.

The staff are friendly, but it seems they’re juggling many tasks, so sometimes you have to look for them. The pool is nice in summer, breakfast is good but the variety is limited. There’s a towel issue: I think the problem is the quality, not that they’re new; the room’s clothes got full of lint that’s impossible to remove, especially from jackets and trousers.
