The cleanliness of the place was a major issue for us, and we were really disappointed with the lack of room service. The state of the rooms was pretty bad, and it felt like they were just not taking care of the place. On the other hand, the location was quite convenient, but it wasn't enough to make up for the poor cleanliness and management.

We had a really great time at this hotel, and it was all thanks to the super friendly owner. We happened to be there on the owner's dad's birthday, and it was a really fun and lively atmosphere. The hotel is still under construction, but it had everything we needed, and the owner went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

The room was spotless, and the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even took us to some great local spots and booked our taxis for us. Overall, we had a really great experience and would definitely recommend this place.
