The rooms were the right size for what we expected, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We did have a small issue with the key for our room, but it was fixed with a quick phone call.

The rooms were really spacious and the bathroom was huge, plus the indoor pool and the kids' play area offered a lot of variety. The only drawback was that the bathroom didn’t provide any large towels, which was a bit inconvenient.[/BODY]

Bright, roomy rooms gave us plenty of space and storage, and the lounge even had a shared fridge. The whole place was tidy and the staff were professional and helpful, making it a solid launchpad for local trips – just a ten‑minute walk to the train station, plenty of parking and two EV chargers, plus extra perks with the Neuchâtel Travel Card. We did find the building a bit confusing at first, and the 9 am checkout felt tight when traveling with kids.

The room was simple and clean, which I appreciated. Breakfast, however, was very basic – there was no meat and the cheese didn’t taste very fresh.[/BODY]
