The place was spotless, with no dust or grime, and the facilities were excellent; the location was easy to find. We came from Malaysia and really enjoyed our stay, so we’ll definitely return! The front‑desk lady was amazing—she speaks Malay fluently, making communication a breeze, and she was super friendly and energetic! ❤️ All the staff were great.

The room was beautiful and clean, offering great comfort. The morning staff were rude, my daughter lost her blanket and my husband had already checked but couldn’t find it. I asked them to search again, but they said they had already looked. I insisted, argued, and finally they searched again, finding it inside the comforter. I told them I needed to search because I knew it was lost in the room; why couldn’t they trust me? My daughter cried without the blanket. The hotel should remind staff to be more trustworthy. The night staff were polite, which I liked more than the morning staff; the night staff were rude.
