The place was clean and cozy, dinner was delicious, and breakfast was plenty and tasty. In my room, the heater didn’t work and I spent several hours in a jacket; a second blanket was offered for the night but I didn’t get it after asking later. The manager was informed, confirmed the heater was broken, and I was moved to a new room that evening. A quick note for the staff: next time inform the manager faster and don’t leave me dealing with the issue alone. ;-)

The food was good and the staff friendly. I didn’t know the room was on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which was a bit of a hassle for an older man with calcified arteries; I’ll be more informed next time. Otherwise everything was fine.

The staff were very friendly, the kitchen great, and the service excellent. I did wish there were a second chair in the double room.

The staff were very nice, the food and breakfast tasty. The mattresses were sagging.

The staff were great, the food superb, and the location outside Berlin was perfect—fresh air yet close enough for business trips. I’d highly recommend it! The only gripe was my pillows; I was too lazy to ask for a third one.
