The facilities look nice but are really uncomfortable, and the staff were unfriendly, defensive, gave no explanations, and even charged me commissions for using my card.

Well organized, staff available, but there isn’t much space to mingle with others, you can’t drink on the hostel even though the terrace is nice, and the fridge was messy every day.
