The location was great, everything was close by, food and supplies were just a 5‑minute drive or walk away, but the elevator wasn’t working.
The pillows were decent, yet the carpet was filthy with big black spots and grime everywhere; I had to wipe my feet on a towel that still had residue, and nothing was cleaned off, so I used a rag. The furniture had large spots of unknown origin. The restaurant next door had a DJ blasting bass so loudly it felt like a concert until it closed. The elevator was out of order, the pool was shut, and the phone wasn’t plugged in to call the office—I had to plug it myself. The lamp wasn’t plugged in, so I couldn’t use it.
“Ok”
No elevator, so I had to bring luggage upstairs with a cane; the desk lady helped, but there was no hot water in the shower—only in the sink, so I had to wash off instead of taking a bath. The lack of hot water and the missing elevator should have been communicated before booking.
“Will definitely be back if needed to stay in town again”
The rooms were spotless, but the elevator was down this week; still, everything else was a perfect 10.
“Poor house keeping.”
The location was good and the breakfast was okay, but my room wasn’t cleaned for three days, the bed wasn’t made, and the trash smelled. The elevators weren’t working, so overall it was a bad experience.
