The reception was the worst part of the experience; the person at the front desk was not courteous and never answered my repeated requests. There was no water, the AC wasn’t working, the TV wouldn’t turn on, and the AC switch was hard to reach. The receptionist was rude, so I’d rate this place just one star.

I arrived at 9 AM and they asked for extra money to stay overnight, so I left at 6 PM, only staying 9 hours. The AC made a lot of noise and I couldn’t use it. The place is actually excellent and well known to me because I’ve stayed there for over 30 years in that area.

The location was spot on and great value for the price, but the room could've been cleaner - a bit of a shame. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking for a central place to stay without breaking the bank. Just a quick tidy would make it perfect.

This place was alright, nothing special but it did the job. The room was fine and staff seemed friendly enough. Not blown away but not disappointed either.
