“Lovely hotel, lovely location”
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were compact but suitable. Breakfast was good. There were stairs to reach the lifts, which could be problematic if you have mobility issues.

The accommodation is very close to the central train station. The receptionist was extremely kind and smiling. We arrived before check‑in time, could leave our suitcases in storage and explore the city. It was terribly disruptive that the walls were paper‑thin, every breath could be heard by the neighbours. The entrance and bathroom doors could only be shut loudly, which was disturbing many times in the evening and morning. The room probably wasn’t vacuumed when we arrived, as there were small black fibres everywhere on the floor. The “fridge” was actually a minibar fridge, and even that was tiny, almost nothing fit inside. The room was very small; my travel companion and I couldn’t stand next to each other between the two beds.

There were many positive aspects; the location was right next to the central station and a few minutes from Tivoli and the city centre. The rooms were small but practical with everything needed. The staff were very good, friendly, and allowed us to eat in the common areas because they didn’t have a kitchen, providing cutlery and everything required. Whenever we wanted cleaning, we had to notify the reception well in advance. One day the cleaning was very poor, I would say they didn’t clean at all. The walls were very thin and you could hear other guests when they passed down the hallway. Although this is more a problem with people who don’t respect quiet time (on the last day some girls were shouting at 1 am and we had to get up at 6 am to catch the flight). That same day the room phone rang three times, so we had to unplug it. The fridge inside the room also made a lot of noise. The mattress was very thin, as were the pillows, so the rest was mediocre.
