“La proprietaria non si è mai presentata, mai un saluto, mai chiesto come stesse andando il soggiorno, nemmeno quando ce”

The owner was unfriendly, the room had broken furniture and a persistent bad smell in the bathroom; breakfast was the same every day, dishes served at meals were nothing like local cuisine, and we didn’t feel any local vibe.

“Nice Island and OK place”

Dhangethi Island is a local island in the Maldives, so don’t expect alcoholic drinks or huge, pristine beaches—there’s only the worn‑down Bikini beach. Still, the vibe is great, with plenty of coral nearby and very affordable rates. The Atoll Residence is clean and pretty new. It would help to have more information about snorkeling trips ahead of time.

“Buon soggiorno”

Lo staff molto disponibile: per alcuni giorni hanno adattato l’orario della colazione per permetterci di partire presto con la barca, l’ultimo giorno ci hanno offerto il pranzo nonostante il check out alle 11.00. La camera aveva la vista mare bellissima. Il cibo era. La camera aveva bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione in più: il rubinetto era tutto ossidato, i cassetti della scrivania si aprivano e non restavano chiusi, i cassetti degli armadi si aprivano con molta difficoltà, al lettino sì staccavano sempre le doghe ogni volta che ci si sedeva. Gli asciugamani nonostante fossero lavati avevano sempre delle macchie degli ospiti precedenti

“Ajanlom”

The accommodation was a nice little place that we liked. Unfortunately, the nights were noisy because of the local motorbike traffic. We thought the upstairs room was a clean flat, but it was actually a ground‑floor room. If you close the window, it’s fine; otherwise there’s no ventilation.
