I had no positive points to mention, but the staff failed to honor my reservation, insisting I present my credit card even though I had already paid online, which caused me to lose both money and time; I had to leave for another hotel, and they were unhelpful and inattentive—this was a terrible experience.

The hotel’s location in Dotombori is perfect, with everything nearby, and the rooms are spacious; the only downside was that the carpets had a noticeable odor.
