The breakfast was perfect, and the host was very friendly and helpful. The décor feels like kitsch, the place is right on the main road, and the room can only be entered from the terrace door on the ground floor; everything looks a little dated. It’s fine for a one‑night stop‑over, but I wouldn’t stay longer.

A stunning spot, a truly charming property, meticulously detailed and fairy‑tale like—feels like staying in a princess’s house! Federica, the owner, is incredibly kind, helpful, and always makes guests feel at home. Her welcome made the stay even more pleasant and special. It was a real pleasure to stay here, a magical place; we’ll return and highly recommend it!

Close to the lake, the owner’s willingness to explain the area and point us to good local restaurants, the attention to detail (especially for dietary needs), the room’s cleanliness, and homemade sweets in the breakfast. A good variety of sweet and savory items. The lack of a bidet in the bathroom was the only downside.
