The place was well located, about 1 minute walking from Hanoi Village, but it was far from the train station.
The room and beds were comfortable, but when I requested early check‑in at 11:00 on the day of arrival, they charged me an extra four hours to access the room at 11:00, which never happened at any other hotel and made the trip very frustrating.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly. I never got a reply to my request on Booking about whether a wheelchair‑accessible room was available, even after writing almost a month; that lack of response felt insulting to anyone with a disability. The bathroom smelled bad because the drain was directly under the sink, and the shower chair that should have been reserved for people with disabilities was taken by someone else, which was an outrageous slight.
“Tres bon sejour”
Hotel comfortable, calm and pleasant, washing machine and dryer available, a very small pool closed during our stay, a tiny gym, and all points of interest are within walking distance, about 15–20 minutes to the Hanok village.
For the price it’s a great deal and the separate mini‑kitchen next to the toilet and sink is really handy. The walls are thin, so you can hear everything, and there’s no WOWPASS machine.
