We weren’t actually allowed to stay. When we arrived there was no one there. After an hour a cleaner came and was helpful, though she didn’t understand why nobody was answering. She told us to return at 3:00, which was fine. When we came back the police and fire investigators were there, doing a full check. The fire investigators told us not to stay because the building was a life‑hazard if there was a fire, as there was no way to get out. After spending a lot of time trying to find another hotel, we finally booked into a hotel at 19:00. The cleaner assured us that everyone who was there would get a refund. Nobody stayed in that hotel yesterday evening. Hopefully someone will see this and give us a full refund as well as the other families who were meant to stay there. We never had the chance to stay because it was a fire hazard; we have pictures proving the police and fire investigators were there.
