The place itself is gorgeous—nice surroundings, good facilities, and the hosts are really friendly. Plus, it feels safe and secure.

The location is spot on, but the heating was a nightmare. We were freezing at night because the radiators barely worked and the radiant system was off.

Viviana was always ready to help and her service was great, but the amenities didn't match what we expected. The mattress was low quality, the shower water was only lukewarm, and there was a clear lack of maintenance.
