Location. Bathroom TV wasn't working Charged for AC separately (1000)
It’s more of a guest house than a hotel, with about 15 rooms on two floors. I liked its location the most: Faisal Masjid, Pakistan Monument, and Centaurus Mall are only a 15‑minute drive away, and many desi restaurants are within walking distance, so you can easily enjoy BBQ, Shinwari dishes, and other local food. However, there are a few things that could be improved for a more comfortable stay. For instance, there are no intercoms in the rooms, so guests can’t contact reception directly from their rooms. A basic kitchen facility would also be useful for making tea or a simple breakfast, as everything has to be brought or ordered from outside, which can be inconvenient. A small prayer area for guests would be a nice addition. Overall, I would recommend staying here with your family.
This hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. After booking online, I arrived and had a very bad experience. The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful, and they kept making unreasonable demands. The listing clearly states that air conditioning is available, but when I got there they offered me a room without AC and demanded an extra 2,000 per night for an AC room. I had also been approved for an early check‑in. I arrived at 7:00 AM expecting the early check‑in to be honored, but the staff told me I would have to pay for a full night from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and then pay for another new night after 12:00 PM. This was completely unreasonable and was not communicated at the time of booking. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I strongly recommend that the property be investigated and reviewed to determine whether it should remain listed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and urge appropriate action so other customers do not face similar problems.
