I would advise THT, anyone planning to stay should cancel. Dkm, I booked already, so how could I not arrive? I hadn't arrived yet, so I knew how to cancel or cancel in the app. At 11 am a staff member called. At that time they were busy and I couldn't get through. An hour later I went to the place, the staff attitude was 🙃. Bảo called and it worked. I thought I wouldn't stay. Since I didn't stay, people cancel. If I don't show up the next day they cancel. The staff attitude. But I ignore that. What made me give a bad rating: I was in the bedroom, then suddenly someone entered, knocked, then heard staff opening the door, very messy. It turned out only a guest passing by my room; the guest had no key and couldn't open. I called staff to open. I was holding the key. She used a spare key to open from outside. It opened immediately :)))) Because I locked it and it wouldn't open. She even put her hand inside trying to open. Mom:))) At that moment it was like a thief trying to break in. The staff is like a dog that always knows. I've seen rooms lock from inside trying to open. Vcl tht. Bad experience.

The room was spacious, but the air conditioning was not checked or fixed, the weather was very hot and no AC was usable, the water pressure was weak, the fan was very loud, the street-facing side made it noisy, there was no hair dryer in the room, and I had to ask staff to borrow one.

The room was spotless, with all the necessary amenities and plenty of space to relax. What really made our stay stand out, though, was the friendly and helpful owners - they went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. The location was also great, but unfortunately, the noise from the nearby street was a bit of a problem. Despite that, we'd definitely come back.

“Rất hài lòng”

The room was a great size, and the cleanliness was top-notch. I was really impressed with how spacious it was, and the staff did a fantastic job keeping it spotless. However, the walls were a bit thin, and I could hear the noise from the neighboring rooms and the hallway. Still, the pros definitely outweighed the cons, and I'd happily stay here again.
