“Esacandalosa, no puedes dormir tranquilo, las peores habitaciones la 1 y la 2.”

The room space, cleanliness, and hotel location were fine. However, the hotel failed to inform me that rooms 1 and 2 are next to a restaurant kitchen, with loud music and noise until very late, and even at 5 am in the morning. I asked clearly for a high‑floor room because I was traveling with my elderly parents, but they offered the worst rooms with no discount. I couldn't switch hotels because my parents were with me; it was a terrible place, very noisy, and badly managed. If they had told me they didn't have rooms like I requested, I would have changed hotels earlier, but they claimed they could meet my needs and were dishonest.

The hotel sits in downtown Zacatlán, which is a huge advantage; the rooms are very comfortable and better than other local hotels. Inside the hotel, there’s a branch of the Mi Viejo Pueblito chain, so you can enjoy good‑quality breakfast, lunch, or dinner at reasonable prices—everything works well whether you’re on vacation or just relaxing. The staff are very friendly, and you’ll have a good time. However, parking isn’t very comfortable; they have valet, which is appreciated, but you need to notify them about 15 minutes in advance to secure your car. At night there’s no front‑desk staff, though you can always get help by phone and they’ll send someone to assist with access, parking, etc.

“Costo beneficio no es positivo”

The location is superb. The rooms feel cramped with poor ventilation, and the upper suites lack space for luggage and clothes, have no windows and no view at all. Parking is awkward, though the staff were very eager to bring the car over more than four blocks.
