I never found any property at all. The booking reference they gave me didn’t match any fabhotel swagatam listing, so it was pure fraud. I want my money back because there was no Swagatam hotel linked to fabhotels.

Actually, the property could be found out. I tried finding out the property for about more than two and a half hours but could not able to locate it. Local inhabitants could trace it. I spent more than 700 INR to find out the 800INR-hotel room! The locals opined that the address given pdf itinerary wasn’t sufficient to locate it. Actually, the property could be found out.
