1 Stern – Enttäuschende Erfahrung Ich hatte vor meiner Anreise schriftlich um ein unteres Bett gebeten, da ich aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht in das obere Etagenbett steigen kann. Die Unterkunft hat mir dies ausdrücklich bestätigt, die Zusage bei meiner Ankunft jedoch nicht eingehalten. Nach 200 km Autofahrt und einem zehnstündigen Kurs stand ich spätabends ohne geeignetes Bett da. Eine Alternative wurde mir nicht angeboten. Nun muss ich kurzfristig eine deutlich teurere Unterkunft suchen und meine ursprüngliche Planung aufgeben. Sehr enttäuschender Umgang mit Gästen. Eine schriftliche Zusage sollte verbindlich sein

It was super handy for traveling and well‑located.

The staff were nice and the location central. There was no kitchen, and the “rooms” and beds were extremely small – sleeping felt like being in a shoebox, and there were no windows to the outside, though there was a climate‑control unit.
