There's a strong coffee theme; the owners really thought about it. A great bakery and coffee shop sit across the street. Walking to the central station takes about 14 minutes, and it’s a bit longer to reach the old town. The shower feels a bit cramped for someone large, and it would be handy to have a second outlet beside the bed so I could charge my phone and the bedside lamp.

The bed is large. The location is very bad, with no security or on‑site service, and the online service was very aggressive and unprofessional toward me.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Aroma B&B. The room was charming, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished, and I especially liked the coffee machine and the refrigerator, which made my stay even more comfortable. A particular highlight was the small balcony, where I could truly enjoy the unique atmosphere and charm of Naples. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, giving me many great recommendations for restaurants and activities and always happy to help. Overall, the communication was warm, pleasant, and uncomplicated throughout my stay, and I highly recommend Aroma B&B and would gladly stay there again. The only thing worth mentioning is that the surrounding area can be quite noisy, due to both the flight path from the airport and the lively street life of Naples; light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. However, this vibrant atmosphere is also part of Naples’ unique charm and authenticity.

The bed was comfortable, but the room was dirty: side tables next to the bed were dusty, the bathroom mirror wasn’t cleaned, and someone’s empty soap packets were left on the shelf above the shower, which also had mould. The lift was not working, so there were no facilities as all rooms were rented as bedrooms; there were no kitchen facilities—only tea or coffee in the bedroom. Breakfast was served at a café on the main road: one coffee and one croissant, so if you stay longer than a day you have to go out every time you need to eat. The lift not working meant you had to walk three floors, but this wasn’t mentioned in the booking. The building had no one in it, so the self‑check‑in was useless and I had to waste time doing it twice. Room check‑in is at 5 pm. The area is awful, full of drug addicts and homeless people. Someone set fire outside the apartment on the first day—see photo—and they even had the audacity to email asking for a 9 or 10 to boost their rating. Avoid this place.

The hosts were very helpful, the place is quiet and close to the city center and the station, and the Italian breakfast at the nearby café was excellent.
