The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, the breakfast good, and the staff helpful – the best value I’ve had in a hotel in 10 years, so much so that after the first stay we returned the next week when we were back in the area. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.

The room had been remodeled, but a staff member was on the phone late at night sounding like he was arguing with someone, which woke me up from my sleep.

Nothing positive to mention; the staff were rude and dismissive. Everything else was awful – the shower was freezing and half of the lights didn’t work.
