The room size, comfortable bed, pool, attached restaurant, city and temple view, various activities, and the staff’s kindness were all great. There was no shuttle available to go to the Prambanan temple, contrary to what the hotel brochure offered, and we had to wait a long time for a taxi to agree to come up to the high city where the hotel is located for that trip.

This resort is very beautiful with a view over Prambanan – you can actually see the temple from the resort. The resort is beautifully designed and the swimming pool is wonderful. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff very friendly and helpful. We also had a good breakfast. The shower was leaking, but it was fixed immediately. It was a bit of a makeshift solution with tape, but it worked perfectly for our stay. I hope that after our stay they made a more permanent repair.

The staff was very friendly and the resort itself very nice. Our room was adequate for the days. The food at the hotel was very good and the restaurant seating was very pleasant with a great view. Everything smelled clean. The shower was really not good – long wait for hot water, a very short shower hose, and it was all a bit wet (we expected that). In the pool the suction net was missing; we put one on and informed them so it could be fixed. This could be dangerous for children who might accidentally fall in. The two horses in their small stall had no pasture and were very small.

The setting was incredible. Services excellent. Bedding and overall comfort optimal. The restaurant was a bit expensive for the quality.

The quiet high above the busy city, the fantastic restaurant, and the lovely pool. The rooms are large and complete but have some small maintenance issues.
