“Bastante bien!”

The bed was very comfortable, came with a personal care kit, shower pressure was good, staff were very friendly, and they booked the Bromo tour for us on the spot; after check‑out we were let in to shower. The cleaning was lacking, the window was interior, the shower leaked a bit of water, otherwise everything was fine. The driver who took us to Bromo was okay until we started returning; he drove very slowly on purpose (we don't know why) and it was irritating to see him in a crawl; I wouldn't recommend him (Harry).

We liked the cleanliness and the location (hotel very well situated). The hotel isn’t very well insulated, so we hear quite a bit of scooter noise from the street, but it’s largely tolerable.

The host was so lovely welcoming us in the middle of the night after our bus from Bali was delayed! Highly recommend staying here as it’s close to the bus stop and the staff are warm and welcoming. We would stay again!

The staff were extremely friendly, the place was spotless, the mall was just a short walk away, and the nearby spa was excellent.

The rooms were clean and hygienic, the hotel itself looked nice, and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that it’s on a busy street, so walking into town isn’t very easy.
