“Udany rodzinny weekend w komfortowym hotelu i pięknej miejscowości.”

This is our second stay at this hotel. The property is excellently located: it has a direct entrance onto the promenade by Grajcarka, the chairlift station to Palenica is a few hundred metres away, and on the other side of the street we find the entrance to the ever‑more beautiful Lower Park. The hotel’s strengths also include very good, generous breakfasts, spacious and comfortable public areas, and the hotel restaurants offer surprisingly tasty meals for such a large property. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, though that should be standard for a hotel of this category. The pool area and gym are also well presented and available to guests. Parking is spacious, but it is extra‑charge. The room – even though the stay was a family affair with four people – turned out to be spacious enough and adequately equipped, with a comfortable bathroom. The quality of the juices served at breakfast simply doesn’t belong in a hotel that offers such tasty and abundant breakfasts; they’re watered‑down, generic, like at a roadside motel.

“Nowoczesny hotel w pięknym Uzdrowisku.”

The Park Resort complex has an excellent location. The food is tasty, and we enjoyed both the dinner service and the breakfast buffet. The grounds around the hotel buildings are well maintained. The hotel accepts dogs for a fee of 100 zl per day. Bathrobes and towels for the pool are available in the rooms. Iron and ironing board are included. There’s a direct exit from the resort area onto the stream and very close to the Palenica railway. The staff are very courteous and try to fulfill all guest requests. There are tennis courts and playgrounds for children. The hotel architecture is interesting, blending modernity with the region’s traditional style. The hotel building’s pool area has only one jacuzzi, which, with more guests, doesn’t allow everyone to use it. It’s definitely too few for a hotel of this size—over 100 rooms in the main building. The lack of a jacuzzi rail for entry and exit is also a drawback, and there’s no lifeguard at the pool. Parking is paid.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything else was great, except that parking has to be paid separately when it should have been included in the hotel price.

The location is great, and the breakfast spread is generous and varied. The SPA area is very clean, and being able to swim from 08:00 to 22:00 turned out to be a real bonus. The pizza at the pizzeria is definitely not bad. On the downside, the mattress is hard – I usually sleep on a hard surface at home, but this feels like sleeping on a table. The old TVs barely allow YouTube to connect, and it keeps buffering. It’s hard to dry swimwear and towels – the single towel rack for drying is very inconvenient.
